Eric spends a sizeable amount of his time in large-scale research projects from three to six years in length -- to develop fundamental insights and then translate those findings into books, organizations and speeches. He uses his research findings to work closely with executives via his organizations to create practical tools and applications for applying the ideas that are generated from his research discoveries. Eric has been featured gracing the covers of such esteemed magazines as The Saturday Evening Post, Entertainment Today and many more. He was also featured in Cosmopolitan Magazine as a celebrated Top Bachelor. He is additionally an accomplished film and animation director having directed Faye Dunaway, Rachael Hunter, Corbin Bernson and Robert Wagner. Eric is a member of Mensa and lives in California.
